How we will even the playing field!!
Legalization will Help OHIO
My Free Ohio, LLC. will run and own all grow sites an dispensaries throughout Ohio and run a lottery to operate these sites for individuals, business owners, all Ohio Natives. This will provide turn key access for those lottery winners. They won’t have to find investors, search commercial properties, or find land in order to get their cannabis business up and running.
Yes, we said lottery!. This is how we will even the playing field. Every 5 years, we will hold a lottery and a winner will be selected for each site, whether it’s for a dispensary, a grow operation, or a processing facility. With this, the site operator will take their share of the profits for those 5 years.
Along with this, we will be providing on the job training, support, small business ownership, and create JOBS that no College education can give. Additionally, it will set individuals up for long term success by setting the people of Ohio up with skills to run a business or be able to retire comfortably.
No matter your situation, we’re allowing every Ohioan, even convicts a chance to build a better future through marijuana. Give us 10 years and you’re able to enter the lottery.
No amount of money can buy you a site. It’ll be open to all Ohioans that have a state issued I.D.

LETS REBUILD OUR OHIO!
Saving our Society
When you look at the other states that have handled the legalization of cannabis correctly, there tends to be a clear picture. TAX REVENUE and JOB CREATION. The revenue the a state is able to earn from taxation of legalized Marijuana has gone towards rebuilding infrastructure, education, job creation and training, and providing health and mental health services to those in need.
- Oklahoma – $34 million
- Colorado $1 billion plus
- California – $74.2 million
- Washington – $374 million
Through this amendment, we’ll be able to create the Ohio we deserve!

The industry has lead to the creation of more than 300,000 full time jobs with more than 64,000 being created last year alone. With technical workers making up the majority of positions created. The average salary of a full time employee in the cannabis industry is 11% higher than the average median income, at $58,511.
Whether trimming, processing, growing, among the whole host of ancillary businesses that go hand in hand to bring quality marijuana products to those in need, we want to utilize only residents of Ohio, bringing jobs and training to those in need.
The legal cannabis market was worth an estimated $7.2 billion in 2016 and is projected to grow at a compound annual rate of 17%. Medical marijuana sales are projected to grow from $4.7 billion in 2016 to $13.3 billion in 2020. Adult recreational sales are estimated to jump from $2.6 billion in 2016 to $11.2 billion by the end 2020.
At My Free Ohio, we plan on investing in our communities and using the cannabis industry to deliver jobs and job training throughout Ohio. Legalization has created excellent business opportunities, technical jobs training, and a growth in business ownership where it has been legalized. And those states don’t even have a great plan in place.
The cannabis industry is showing no signs of slowing down. It has created more jobs than manufacturing and continues to have an estimate revenue of $25 billion by 2025. We need Ohio to be a leader in legalization, growth, and show the United States how marijuana legalization can support our communities!

My name is Brad Bissell Sr. I am a father of 4 who has been diagnosed with Stage 3 Melanoma Cancer. In the past year I had to resign from my job and seek disability. I am undergoing chemo, radiation, and immunotherapy, which has caused me to lose 50lbs as well as my appetite and strength. All the while, none of the treatments worked and it has since spread to my face and chest, leaving my in-operable. I have done lots of homework and discovered a new medication less harmful and started using medical marijuana. In three short months, I have gone into remission, gained back 30lbs, gotten more strength, and am overall healthier day by day. From taking an edible to help with digestion to smoking marijuana to ease the pain from medication side effects and cancer. Because of cannabis, I am opioid free!
